We are working on Hyperion Performance Scorecard release 9.3.1, and we built some dimensional measures, using custom dimensions.

We tried to load data from an essbase database into our application and it didn't work, no data was loaded, or may be we haven't been able to find them. We are sorprised because when created the measure template for using the custom dimensions members we are going to need for holding the information we found that are created several measures by each dimensional intersection member(member combinations) Is this Wrong?

We first begin exploring the tool creating Accountability elements and Strategy elements that we saw they were created as System Dimensions, then we decided to use custom dimension so we erased all accountability and strategy elements for only use Custom dimensions but the system dimensions were not erased and We don't Know if this is the cause for producing this data load Issue?

We would appreciate all kind of help.

Thanks.
